I am a full time professional triathlete and triathlon coach and I love what I do. I have 15 years of triathlon experience and 10 years of coaching experience. I have raced 20 IRONMANs including the IRONMAN World Championships (70.3 PR 4:03; Ironman PR 8:46). If there is one thing I've learned from more than 10 years of coaching, it's that no one plan fits every person. Luckily, many roads lead to Rome, and there are many approaches that we can take to help you achieve your goals. I take an athlete centered approach to coaching which means that I look at your life, your constraints, your goals, your strengths, your weaknesses, and craft a plan that is going to work for you. I check in weekly and keep an open line of communication. I'm heavily invested in my athletes' success and strive to be one of their biggest supporters, a source of constant encouragement, and a resource on all things triathlon to propel them where they want to go.
